Consulting engineer in satellite and radiocommunications; Managing Director and Principal Consultant of RPC Telecommunications Ltd.

I am the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of RPC Telecom. I have significant professional experience in the satellite telecommunications industry dating back to 1983. Prior to going into the private consulting business, I was an engineering manager with British Telecommunications PLC where I held a number of posts including Head of Satellite Systems Consulting Group and Satellites and Lines Development Advisor. I am very experienced in the interference management, international and national regulation and frequency coordination of satellite telecommunications networks. I am an expert on the Radio Regulations and associated procedures of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and, on behalf of a number of national telecommunications administrations, I have been responsible for making and coordinating ITU satellite filings and providing representation at an international level. As Managing Director of RPC Telecommunications Limited, I have overseen the ongoing growth of the company since its formation in 1993 and have managed projects for a wide range of clients, contributing to RPC Telecommunications' international reputation in its field. I am a Chartered Engineer, registered with the UK Engineering Council and I am a Corporate Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
